My Body Is Not The Problem

Have you ever noticed that difficulty body image thoughts can appear, as if out of nowhere?

I understand how distressing body image can be, and spent YEARS acting on those thoughts, assuming if I managed to “perfect” my body, my body image would improve, and as a result, so would my life. The problem with this thinking is that my body was NEVER the problem.
