Restricting your nutrition today is not the answer...

When we restrict in response to overeating or bingeing, we believe that we are “fixing” the “damage” we did over the weekend; we believe we are minimizing the impact of eating in a different way than we normally do. This is a thought trap! Restricting only leads to bingeing.

In the quest to stay safe, we may actually be putting ourselves at risk to binge later.
